What can I expect during my first session?
​ During our first few sessions, we'll talk about your current concerns and together, we will explore contributing factors. We will also set goals for therapy. This will provide a roadmap for our work together. Some people know that they only want or need short term therapy for a specific issue and others know that they would like to do longer term work, like exploring one's past and how that contributes to current patterns.

Session Fees?
An individual 50 minute session is $200. Payment is expected at time of service.

Do you take insurance?
I am not contracted with any insurance company directly. I am considered an out of network provider. All my clients pay my session fee at the end of a session. Most put a credit card on file. Some clients with a PPO request a superbill (which is a detailed receipt) and then give that to their insurance provider for partial reimbursement.

In order to find out if your plan covers out of network providers, please call them to verify your coverage. Here are some questions to ask:

Office Location & Logistics
My office is located in the neighborhood of Mar Vista. The address is 12240 Venice Blvd, Los Angeles, CA., 90066. There is meter street parking in front of the building. There is also free parking in nearby neighborhoods.
Do you offer Teletherapy Sessions?
Yes! Telehealth sessions (video or phone) are available. I have a HIPAA compliant secure platform I use for video sessions.

What is your late cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel, kindly give 24-hour notice. If you do not give 24-hour notice, you may be responsible for your full fee. Please call or text, 310-554-8670, to cancel.
